Themenzentrierte Interaktion (TZI) / Theme-centered-interaction (TCI)
Als graduierter Lehrbeauftragter des Ruth Cohn Institute International mit einem bestehenden Ausbildungsvertrag kann ich TZI in allen Bereichen lehren, darin ausbilden und AusbildungskandidatInnen supervisorisch begleiten. Die größte Erfahrung habe ich damit im Zusammenhang mit Kursen und Begleitungen an Universitäten und Hochschulen und an Fort- und Weiterbildungsinstitutionen innerhalb und außerhalb von Kirchen und Religionen. Interkulturell bzw. interreligiös angelegte Projekte interessieren mich besonders. Eine wichtige Lernerfahrung ist dabei u.a. Indien.

Aims/tasks of the Workshop
- To understand the importance and meaning of biographical work in the context of TCI
- To get aware of the meaning of the "biographical turn" for the own professional work like business, health care, social work, education....
- To be able to differentiate between biographical and global history like facts and biography as personal interpretation.
- To be able to honour the "dignity" of own biography and the biography of others in their "inner truth"
- To go deeper in the own biography and in that of participants and to develop a deeper confidence in the group
- To get aware of the conflict potential of biographical work in a groop like the potential of transferring, projection etc.
- To get aware and understand the relevance of systems like familiy, peer-group, secondary groups for establishing the own biography and that of others

Family sculpture
Herbergen/Tavernen für religiös-spirituelle Menschen außerhalb der traditionellen Religionsgemeinschaften/Kirchen
Zu einer sehr interessanten Tagung in einem Benediktinerstift in der Nähe von Amsterdam war ich am 15./16. Oktober 2015 eingeladen. Es gibt eine Organisation, die speziell Menschen ansprechen will, die sich keiner Kirche/Religionsgemeinschaft mehr zugehörig fühlen, sich aber als religiös-spirituell-gläubig-suchend bezeichnen. Mit ihnen bzw. mit MultiplikatorInnen, die entsprechende Gruppen leiten, wird im Ansatz der Themenzentrierten Interaktion (TZI) nach Ruth C. Cohn gearbeitet. Ich hielt am Vormittag ein Referat (siehe Präsentation) und am Nachmittag einen Workshop zum Thema Leiten.
